A Barmy Bingo Promo Aiming to Do Good
Welcome to this week’s edition of all things bingo and our subject this week is an important one. Not to be a doom and gloom artist but I have a question to ask you; do you know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer? There’s many of them and the reason I ask this is because World Cancer Day is fast-approaching and knowing what to look out for and finding it early can increase your chances of beating this god-awful disease!
I know what you’re thinking – what the heck has that got to do with bingo? February 4th is World Cancer Day and to mark this annual event, the bingo community is being called upon to help fight the good fight against this terrible disease, and all by playing bingo! That’s right, you can help raise funds for charity just by logging into your bingo account and purchasing bingo tickets, which incidentally will cost you no more than 5p each!
You could label this week’s article a double whammy…
…because not only are you able to win real money prizes while helping the Against Breast Cancer charity, but you’re also discovering a new bingo site too – Bingo Barmy! And it’s every bit as crazy as it sounds! The welcome offer which is deposit £10 and receive a £20 bingo bonus and 20 bonus spins for a thrilling new slot guarantees you one thing – no wagering and that commitment is carried throughout the site and throughout their promotions – even giveaways!
Marathon of Bingo Games
Back to the promotion now! Between the hours of 7pm and 11pm on February 4th, 1p from every bingo ticket sale will go directly to charity and over the course of the marathon session, Bingo Barmy are hoping to raise hundreds – but could you help make that thousands? Bring your mates, tell you mum, shout it from the rooftops because this is one beneficial bingo game that could make a big difference to people suffering from breast cancer.
MacMillan, one of the largest British charities to support cancer are actively encouraging both men and women to check their breasts regularly, because it’s not only women who can develop breast cancer. A lump in the breast is the most common symptom of breast cancer, but there are many other symptoms to look out for too, and should you have any of the symptoms listed below, please contact your GP.
Common signs and symptoms of breast cancer can include:
- a lump in the breast
- thickening of the skin or tissue of the breast, or dimpling of the skin of the breast
- a lump or swelling in either armpit
- a change in the shape or size of the breast, such as swelling in all or part of the breast
- a nipple turning in (inverted nipple)
- a rash (like eczema) on the nipple
- discharge or bleeding from the nipple
- pain or discomfort in the breast that does not go away, but this is rare.
